  2. I would like to tell about the opportunities of the industries in both Azerbaijan and North Cyprus.
First of all the definition of the opportunity is that; it is an external factor that has positive effects and benefit those who can take advantage of it. So during my research about opportunities of industries in both countries I gathered information about the countries’ market trends, economic regulations, changing lifestyles and etc.
    North Cyprus:
    • In Cyprus there is a small number of shopping malls and competitors in this market is very low. There are two small shopping malls but of course they are not enough. Beside, customers require one-stop shopping centers or malls in which there are many brands of clothes, food, and technology such as in Azerbaijan. So lack of such a mall is an opportunity for the investors and they can take advantage of this by opening a new mall in the city center, for instead.
    Azerbaijan:
Because of the devaluation in Azerbaijan, products of local companies which are going to be exported become less expensive to foreigners and this provides more competitiveness in global market.
    For both countries:
    • Another benefit can be provided by getting into the technology market, because the lifestyles of different demographics (people) that are willingly or unwillingly in the center of technology are changing, they must comply with the new trends in technology.
    • Nowadays internet is used as a marketing tool. Every single shopping can be done through internet. So this can be an opportunity for the companies to increase their sales by using internet.
    • People have more knowledge about the environmental pollution then before. So the companies can take this opportunity to produce environmentally friendly products to attract more customers.
    • Because the winter is coming air conditioner and stove producers can take this opportunity and increase their sales.

  3. Value of strategic management sharply increased in the last decades. All companies in the conditions of a fierce competition, where situations change quickly have to concentrate attention not only on internal state of affairs in the company, but also develop strategy of long-term survival which would allow them to be in time behind of changes which happen in their environment . In the past many firms could function successfully, paying attention generally to daily work, to the internal problems connected with increase in efficiency of use of resources in the current activities. Now, though the task of rational use of potential in the current activities isn’t removed, extremely important is an implementation of such management which provides adaptation of the organization to quickly changing environment. Practice of business showed that there is no strategy, single for all companies, as well as there is no single universal strategic management. Each firm is unique in own way, and process of strategy development for each firm is unique as it depends on a line item of firm in the market, dynamics of its development, its potential, behavior of competitors, characteristics of the goods made by it or the services rendered by it, state of the economy, the cultural environment and still many other. So if to take my country ,Moldova, like an example I can say that for the successful competition in large markets of sale, the entity of our country shall improve financial management, quality of products, a production process, etc. I can determine four key directions which solution can promote essentially the economic growth and decrease the level of poverty: education, roads, access to financing and business environment.
Moldova already created the strategic plan “Moldova-2020″which is based on development of the following directions:

    • creation of an education system according to work market requirements
    • increasing of public investments into road infrastructure
    • improvement of business climate
    • decrease in energy consumption by increase in energy efficiency
    • improvement of quality and efficiency of justice and fight against corruption
    • ensuring financial stability of pension system
So I want to say a few words about North Cyprus. The main problems of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are the lack of investments, skilled labor force and experienced managers. The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus depends on the military and economic aid of Turkey. All export-import transactions (and communication) are carried out through Turkey. The industry of local tourism suffers from high operating costs and lack of necessary infrastructure. In economy the service sector dominates. In Northern Cyprus there are no embassies and consulates of any country, except Turkey, and, so there is no possibility of the solution of the whole complex of problems which can arise at foreign tourists.
I told about the main problems of the countries. Managers of the big companies shall take all these details in attention, create the advanced plan of strategic management, create the favorable atmosphere for business development in these countries

  4. I would like to tell opportunities between Turkey and North Cyprus.
•When we look the markets , there are hudge differences between those countries. In North Cyprus population is not much and business sector as well .Turkey have got many different sector and they have got own many markets for example cars, mobiles, ships, shopping malls, shipyards, phone networks, electricity, airports etc..But when we look North Cyprus our business sectors are limited .
•Our products are not global because North Cyprus have got embargos for exporting so these embargos reduced the country’s economoy. When we look shopping sector we import most things from other countries. For example; clothing brands, foods, cars, technological brands etc. But when we look Turkey they produce it own brands of course they also importing but not like us.
•We have own airlines before 2010 but in June 2010 it was collapsed. Its not good for us because we haven’t got own airlines. North Cyprus have got one airport (Ercan Airpot) when look airport all planes are Turkey’s. So that sector North Cyprus haven’t got any opportunities to develop.
•Local business owners tries to develop our country with many sector like universities, it was good because universities are our most important sector in economy every year thousands students come to study that means they need dorms, works, etc. these students increase the economy when summer is come, lots of the business sectors profit going less because students are returns home.
•In Turkey have thousands hotels but North Cprus have hundreds and when we look these hotels owners in North Cyprus 80% of its are Turkish owners, so again local people not get profit from it.
There are many example of its North Cyprus have got many embargoes so its not develop many sector. First correct the political affairs with South Cyprus after that this agreement North Cyprus will be develop self. We have to arrive unable to get help from Turkey to become competitor for other countries. Know if Turkey is not help the North Cyprus economy will be collapsed.

  5. Since Turkmenistan’s independence in 1991 following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the country has been looking for various ways in which to expand its economy to foreign markets and attract foreign investment while also facilitating the privatization of a lot of the local businesses. Starting as early as 1992, the country has seen massive expansion in its economics due to multiple joint ventures with international companies dealing with agriculture, transportation and oil. To this day, the government continues to actively seek out foreign companies that would be interested in building a mutually beneficial relationship with Turkmenistan. Plenty of countries in Asia (especially in the region of Central Asia) are looking to secure their financial stability by taking advantage of various potential markets, but Turkmenistan in particular is very dedicated to encouraging the creation of numerous infrastructural mechanisms that would serve to increase trade and investment. As the country’s economics and businesses grow, it will benefit not only itself and its citizens, but also the surrounding region by making it a more viable business venture for investors. Think of Turkmenistan as an environment, an ecosystem – by giving it a little push and helping it grow, it will keep attracting more and more people and businesses to it, which in turn will allow Turkmenistan to grow even more.
Keep in mind that Turkmenistan has, first and foremost, committed itself to maintaining peace and stability. Dedicated to remaining neutral in any hostile relations between countries, regardless of whether or not they’re located in the region or whether or not they have any business relationships with Turkmenistan. With that said, always looking to form non-military and non-political alliances with nations that would allow us to establish a mutually beneficial business/trade relationship. In addition, the government will assist foreign companies by helping them define a development strategy for the region, organize statistical reports and allotting resources that could be useful to the company’s presence in Turkmenistan. Several major private companies are already taking advantage of the practically limitless opportunities that Turkmenistan’s positive investment environment is offering them.
The North part of Cyprus is officially The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). As such it shares the popularity of Turkey as a vacation and investment zone.
    • The north has not been affected by the global financial crisis,
    • Funding from Europe AND Turkey for North Cyprus
    • Possible bi-zonal reunification of Cyprus
    • This is why North Cyprus is such a good investment opportunity

  6. Doing business in Nigeria is currently viewed as one of the most lucrative business ventures, in today’s global business environment. For the past 50 years Nigeria has been dependent on its valuable oil resources, which have brought great wealth to a select few, but oil is not the only lucrative business in Nigeria. However, as Nigeria’s economic sphere slowly changes, its economic structure diversifies to overcome its dependency on oil. This shift has opened up the playing field for a new generation of entrepreneurs in Nigeria. People, who can identify business opportunities in Nigeria, know that the oil industry is not the only business that you can enter and make money from. If you are thinking of setting up a business in Nigeria and making millions of Naira from it, you can choose from a variety of options. Read and find out my Top 20 Lucrative Businesses in Nigeria That Make Millions of Naira.

E-commerce – This is a very promising venture and the best thing is, you will have all the tools and customers over the web. If you do not have the required knowledge, you can collaborate with an established firm to operate your e-commerce enterprise. Benefits are – Low start-up costs, changes can be made instantly, the potential customer reach, and you can easily measure results with cost effective online marketing.
Construction business – Business is booming in Nigeria, and so is our population. To support this growth, Nigeria now has a booming construction and housing sector. The range, type and size of projects is huge, so there are plenty of opportunities depending on how much capital you can invest. If managing a construction project isn’t for you, you can set yourself up as a local dealer to supply building materials. The investment is not as huge, but considerable investment will be required initially to buy and stock materials. But you can be assured that there will be no shortage of business.
Hotel business – This is a goldmine industry if you can get it right, but the competition in this sector is quite high. To launch and maintain your hotel you will need a large amount of capital. It takes planning, patience and hard work to start a hotel business. A high-level of customer service skills is also required to attract new and returning visitors.
Kerosene retail – You can set yourself up as a supplier to make your millions quickly. Kerosene is used in most homes in Nigeria, and Africa due to inconsistent power supply. This is one of the most lucrative business opportunities in Nigeria. . Entrepreneurs have been known to receive 100% returns on their initial investment.
Rice farming – Is the most profitable area in Nigerian agriculture. Nigeria has a low local production of rice, but an extremely high consumption rate, which leads us to import the majority of our rice from overseas. Recent reforms in the Nigerian agriculture sector have seen the government open up the sector for more investments to support small, medium and large-scale farmers.
Haulage services – Given the poor rail transport system in Nigeria, most of the goods are shifted by road and this makes the haulage business in Nigeria extremely lucrative.
Snail rearing – This is one of the business ideas in Nigeria that needs low investment as snails require simple vegetation to eat, and they reproduce at an alarming rate. You will need to invest in housing and protecting them, as snails are delicate, and must retain their moisture to survive. There is not much competition in the industry and you can enjoy making profits without many challenges.
Car and machinery spare parts – As Nigeria’s economy grows, so does our manufacturing industry. This has driven a rapid increase for capital goods such as machinery, lubricants, spare parts, ball bearings and other mechanical goods and accessories. The key is to find a good supplier from abroad. UAE-based enterprises have emerged as the leading supplier of these goods to many countries in Africa.
Poultry farming – This is big business, and you can begin with around 100 birds, and build it into a large-scale enterprise within a short period of time. You can make money from selling chicken eggs, or chickens for meat. This is a top business startup idea.
Transport business – Although a little messy at present, it is a profitable sector in Nigeria and can help you make millions annually.
Fruit Juice Making – This is a capital-intensive business, but if you can manage the funds you can grow as big as Chivita or La Carcella given how much Nigerians love their fruit juice.
Tokunbo trade – Business of second-hand items in Nigeria is very lucrative and many Nigerians want to spend as little as possible to buy second hand items such as clothes instead of buying new ones.
Dry Cleaning & Laundry – Float a professional dry cleaning business and keep your rates low and service quality quite high. This type of business is especially profitable in a big city or urbanized area.
Pure Water Production – Although this business needs some capital investment, it can be worth your effort and money in the long run particularly if you can manage pure water production and keep the quality intact over a long time. Your options are to sell as sachet, bagged or bottled water.
Professional Car Wash – This can be a good business if you choose a location like Lagos where you will be able to find a number of good cars.
Internet Business – You can provide fast Internet connection at affordable monthly rates and manage it well enough to make tons of money.
Nursery and Primary School – There is a lack of good schools in the country and you can set up high-quality nurseries or primary schools to make millions.
Online tech support – You can easily set up an online tech support business and make a lot of money within a year or two of your business launch. This is a simple business and you do not have to be a tech expert to operate in this sector. I’ve known people set up these types of businesses, and outsource the work to tech professionals.
Furniture business – A lot of profits await you in the buying and selling of furniture. You do not have to be a carpenter to do this. You can simply contact trustworthy carpenters in your area and arrange a steady supply of furniture items to display in your showroom. This is a big scale enterprise due to the fact that only a few people can afford imported designers.
All of these business opportunities and ideas that have great potential, and the ability to help you generate millions, but remember the success is in the planning, and your ability to execute your plan. There are some key elements that you must assess before committing to any business venture. Once you have all of these elements in place, you are only a few steps away from business success.

    • IT is not easy to talk about the opportunities between Lebanon and North Cyprus because Lebanese rules and laws are so different from north Cyprus . But in both countries there are many opportunities.
If I get the opportunity to open something in North Cyprus I would like to open an amusement park , because this opportunity will also headline the news as the first amusement park to open in North Cyprus.
      1. As for the name of the park, I will name it as “Amusing Cyprus” and it will be located on the shore of Lapta since we have a couple of aqua games.
      2. For the grand opening I would offer a free ticket entrance with a 50% discount on all the games we have for a whole week.
      3. We will have restaurants that cook Turkish, Cypriot, and Arabic food since North Cyprus has many tourists that come and visit throughout the year.
      4. We will also have 2 pools for the kids, coffee shops, restrooms, a bar that is +21 for parties, and a wedding hall.
      5. Since North Cyprus has a lot of students there, university students will have a 20% discount on the entrance ticket.

If I get an opportunity to open something in Lebanon I would like to open a restaurant, because this opportunity is very exciting in the Lebanese society and culture for example:
1.It will include an old design related to its history.
      2. The name I will choose is “Old-Beirut”, because Lebanese people and tourists are so interested in the history of Beirut.

  9. While global commodity prices have begun to rebound, inflation remains largely subdued. Consumer prices will likely rise by 2.6% in 2016 and 2.9% in 2017..
Continued slow recovery in the United States, the euro area, and Japan presents a clear downside risk to the outlook. Uncertainty about the path of monetary policy in these economies, and the implications this has for capital flows, complicates macroeconomic management in developing Asia. Policy makers globally need to resist moves toward protectionism that would only undermine the recovery.
    * OIL % GAS : Azerbaijan has been one of the fastest growing producers of both oil and gas in recent years. There are strong current and long-term prospects in all areas of the oil and gas industry, and the Azerbaijani government has sought to provide a stable climate for overseas investment. BP is the dominant operator in Azerbaijan, and the majority of the 150 or so British companies active in Azerbaijan form part of their supply chain. With oil revenues rocketing in recent years, there are starting to be increasing opportunities in other areas of the Azerbaijani economy.
    * FiINANCIAL SERVICES: this is one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy, with huge growth in banking, insurance, leasing and other areas. The banking sector is comparatively under-developed and the UK, with City of London expertise, is well placed to help the development of financial services within Azerbaijan.
    * INFRASTRUCTURE: the Government of Azerbaijan is investing heavily in infrastructure projects, including power generation, utilities, transportation and construction projects. Some of these projects receive funding from the International Financial Institutions.
    * CONSUMER GOODS: Azerbaijan is a growing market for consumer goods, and many western shops are already visible on the streets of Baku. These are often franchises, operated by local retail groups. There are two distinct markets – luxury goods for the very wealthy (current brands include Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Cartier Jewellery etc.), and mid-range brands aimed at the growing Azerbajiani middle-class (UK successes in this area include Mothercare and Accessorize).
    * CONSTRUCTION: the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, is undergoing a construction boom. Although UK firms may be unable to compete on price with local, Russian or Turkish companies, there are strong opportunities in areas such as architectural services and project management.

    Azerbaijan’s Opportunity

1- Lower oil prices, weak regional growth impair economic prospects.
2- Authorities tighten monetary policy to reduce inflation.
3- Structural reforms needed to diversify, boost non-oil private sector growth.
Growth in Azerbaijan fell to 1.1 percent in 2015, and is expected to decrease further in 2016 as the country copes with the large decline in oil prices, cuts in public investment, currency depreciations, and the slowdown in trading partners’ economies.
The government has started to implement policies in response to the weak external environment—but the country needs to step up structural reforms and find ways to diversify its economy from oil to reap faster growth.

  11. I would like to tell about what we need something in Cyprus. But firstly, we must know what is the opportunity? It is the positive external factors and consumer demand can be an opportunity.(It can be population profiles, changing lifestyle..) Also we must use and scan all marketing resources available, including newspaper, radio online website etc..
Secondly, I want to create a great funfair or completely worderland. It looks like Disneyland in Paris. So many reason in that case, which is the lack of our area of entertainment, in which we can have lots of memories that we don’t forget with our families and friends. And there are many reason about entertainment’s needs.
Especially children’s needs are important for me. Because when children are happy, also their families are happy with them. But this place is not just for children, also for all ages. There are a big painting supplies and area, a speed train, carousel, big scene, octopus, swing, ships on the water, fish in the huge aquarium, fearful hammer, horror tunnel, crushing cars, very high flying planes, etc.. in the funfair. People expect lots of fun, to walk and see over the area, eat and drink to their cafes&restaurants, also buy some presents for their loved people from shops. Also there are to much happiness, loyalty, love, fear, adrenalin and the other emotions in this place.

Finally, I want to briefly explain, which is opportunities provided to us by entertainment area:
    – The value of money increases
    – Increased quality of life
    – Too many foreign currency comes to contry
    – Other countries in the world recognizes to us.

And there are too many opportunities for our country. Our government must pay more attention to these issues to improve country’s status.

    Thank you 🙂

    * Oil & Gas: Azerbaijan has been one of the fastest growing producers of both oil and gas in recent years.
    * Financial Services: this is one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy, with huge growth in banking, insurance, leasing and other areas.
    * Others: the Azerbaijani government is eager to promote foreign investment in a range of areas including agriculture, telecommunications and IT and tourism. There is also increasing interest in the education sector, and the UK education industry is highly regarded in Azerbaijan.

  13. Cyprus have been conquered many, many times in the past because of its strategic placement on map by many great middle eastern civilizations. And every time they left something that reminds us of them that they were once in control of Cyprus. Because of this Cyprus happens to be a tourist destination. Using this opportunity i want open travel and tours company.
Another one of its opportunity is that is booming business in Cyprus. This means that we would have little to none competition and lots of customers. And the thing with the Cyprus is that there is no shortage of places to see. though it may not be possible to sightsee both places in north and south Cyprus. Hopefully i will be able to operate on both sides for my travel and tours take full effect.
Many other countries have this kind of service, like Amerika,uk,turkey, etc…, so why shouldn’t Cyprus have this kind service. Tourist from all over the world that come to our country shouldn’t be disappointed at our lack of tour guides. With this service i can help my country to gain more recognition from all over the world and show them how historically rich my country is.

  14. Doing business in Zimbabwe can be very profitable and has the following opportunities.
    • Growing economy – because the economy is growing they is a very big room for any business to prosper and expand .
    • Income level is at a constant increase for the past 8 years Zimbabwe has seen a steady income raise for most professionals in the country. This a good opportunity for a business as people have a lot more spending power than they had before.
    • Reduced labor costs –compared to countries in Southern Africa Zimbabwe has the cheapest labor cost and most resources are available locally.
    • Government policies – because they are not many companies in the country the government have put policies in place to help local companies to grow. For example if importing a bus using it as a taxi service you pay 25% less tax than when you are using it for private purposes.

Tourist prefers Cyprus and this position provided many tourists. It would be opportunity if we would open a place in which local people and tourists can entertain and also get information. For example Istanbul’s Florya in the world located on the coast, the largest thematic aquarium Istanbul Aquarium. It’s one of the businesses that need to be in Cyprus. This business contributes to economy and tourism. Visitors follow a geographical route that includes 17 themes and 1 rainforest going from the Cyprus-specific historical building and animals ( donkey , caretta caretta and chelonia mydas and 26 different kinds of reptiles, which are interesting ) towards the Pacific. There will be cultural ,historical and architectural features according to this place. It will be equipped with the latest technology. All living creatures in Aquarium continue to live in the conditions as nearest as possible to those of their habitat. We have got restaurants, cafes, children’s entertainment section, science centre, shops and cinema in aquarium.

  20. Opportunities are external factors around a company that business individuals tend to utilise, we look at the opportunities that are her about both in Cyprus and Nigeria. The opportunities in Cyprus has increased massively mostly due to the military unrest in Turkey and other civil unrest;
    • Increase seaside restaurant because there will be a lot of tourist coming into Cyprus rather going to turkey because of security
    • Expand faculties because the population of students for these session has increased drastically mostly due to the fact that 18 schools were closed in Turkey.
    • Build more apartments
    • Increase the vehicles used for taxi this though is at the expense of students due to the issues with buses
    • This is an opportunity to expand car rental services
    • Open more café and fast food restaurant

While in Nigeria, government policies has recently affected the importation of goods there strict rules and a long procedure to follow when importing, so this is an opportunity for local sectors to grow.
    • Agricultural sector this is a big opportunity because Nigeria is good in agriculture just that not so many people think it’ll be a source of income. Rice farming, cocoa, yam and many others.
    • Given the fluctuation of oil prices we can import electric cars such as tesla, it’s going to be a big hit in the country when it proves reliable
    • Electricity in Nigeria is not much of a success but I think installing solar panels will be a wonderful idea given the fact that other companies supplying electricity don’t use solar system and are lacklustre due to poor competition in the market.
    • Nigeria is rich with minerals but there is not a good technological advancement to explore it with the right resources and expertise I think it’s going to be a big hit.

  21. In my opinion every country has different opportunities, depends on the location and the culture and the traditions and its people.
Now i’m going to talk about the opportunities in Syria. Well in the beginning of the 2000’s there was a lot of business opportunities, the economy of the country was strong but now everything changed, the business opportunities right now is very low because now it’s a little bit risky to open a business. The most successful business in Syria is to a open a restaurant where there is shisha, because in Syria it’s like a tradition. In my opinion in the future there would be a lot of good opportunities to re-bild the country from buildings, restaurant, hotels, schools and universities.
Opening a well-known university would be a good idea, because the university education in Syria is not very good, and people these days need a good education and a good certificate.
Hopefully one day it will be re-bild, because i’m sure if people would care a bit more about business in Syria it would succeed, Syria’s location is very strategic, it separates between Asia and Africa, between middle east and Europe which is a good advantage for Syria for trading. Syria had no debt, the economy of the country was good and stable.
There is a lot opportunities in North Cyprus, if i had the money to open a business in Cyprus, i would open a restaurant on the seaside, they’re not taking the advantage of the sea, there is only a couple of Hotels on the sea side. This country has a bright future, because the economy of North Cyprus is improving year by year, people are increasing, the demand for products is increasing. I think they should develop the apartments, most of the houses in North Cyprus are little bit old. they should re-bild everything, and they should find a solution for the transportation, people face problems with transportation especially on the night time. They should open more international restaurant, they only have over here kebab, well people by time will get bored of it, so its good if there is choices. In my opinion this country will have a really bright future.

    • Female consumers in my country are continuously demanding clothing, whether it is bridal or formal. And with aspiring designers everywhere it wouldn’t be hard to open a boutique with trending fashion wear for women.

    • Now Pakistani fashion has spread its trends worldwide and has made a huge impact on the fashion industry. This has led to having consumers from all over the globe.

    • However the competition is immensely strong in the market, with stores ranging from local fabrics to imported fabrics from the finest cities in the world. Also as mentioned earlier the population of designers is growing rapidly which is leading to heavier competition.

    • North Cyprus being the small town it is but heavily populated with foreign students and outsiders, the perfect opportunity would be to open more diverse restaurants.
    • Although there are many restaurants for the tourists to dine in but not many of them have foods from different cultures and countries. No matter how far a man travels food that reminds him of home always provides comfort.
    • The consumer demand is actually very high and not much competition making it a perfect opportunity to invest in leading to an immense amount of interest from creditors to provide loans.
    • Also if prices are kept consumer friendly for both industries it always leads to more consumers and a higher impact on the market overall.
    • Transportation services that are provided do not always meet the needs of consumer due to inconvenient timing and lower coverage
    • Although the area is heavily populated with tourist there are not many attraction leading to lower tourism.
    • Even with such diverse student population the languages that are spoken commonly in the country do not break the culture barrier creating communication barriers.

The opportunity of Nigeria and North Cyprus. Opportunity is a chance for advancement or a favorable circumstances. The two countries has various opportunity that investors can advance in to improve the economy of the countries.
    First of all,I will start with Nigeria;
●Agriculture sector:they have opportunities in rice farming, and livestock farming.it will help the country from import rice from outside the country.
●sales of cement rods and building materials: selling building materials.
●Real estate business:buying land and house properties and sell them.and also buying of hotels, private hostels around universities, shopping malls and event centres.
    Opportunity in north Cyprus;
●Tourist attraction:more tourist attraction should be created in some of the cities and this will bring more tourist to the country.
●Restaurant:A restaurant that can serve both local and international food for the tourist.
●Manufacturing company:it will enable them to produce they own cloth etc and help them to reduce the rate they import goods from other countries.
If people that has the capital and the government can looking into it,it will benefit the economy of the country and it will not be tied to one specific sector.

  24. Textile:
The textile industry is one of the most important in the Turkish economy, representing about 10.8% of the GDP. Turkey is also known as a major producer of textile and the industry is open for more investors to come in. It is one of the leading sectors in terms of investment, employment, manufacturing, and macroeconomic indicators. So, there’s huge demand in Turkey for textile products. If you are looking for a business to invest in, if you have the intention to come into Turkey as a big time investor; then you should consider establishing your own textile manufacturing company. The market for textiles that are manufactured in Turkey is indeed large.
Cleaning Services Company (Post Construction Cleaning):
The construction industry is another major contributor to the GDP of Turkey. If you don’t have the financial muscles to invest as a construction contractor, you can come into the industry as a specialized pre and post construction cleaning agency. The major capital you have to spend to establish this kind of business is the money you’ll spend acquiring all the cleaning equipments and the good thing is that if you procure good equipments it would serve you for a long period. You can also add other cleaning services like public building cleaning, parks cleaning, amongst others, to your cleaning offerings.

-Although it is difficult to answer this question because of the economic and political situation in the troubled Egypt, but many people who have some money and are interested in its development, or at least keep them from continuing price inflation and the apparent decrease in the price of the pound against all currencies.

However, there are some opportunities for investment:

    1- Trade
The best investment of money is the trade and in spite of the difficulty of the current situation in Egypt because of bureaucratic red tape known and a severe lack of resources and raw materials and products but the best solution is still the trade and specifically with absorbed .

    -2Buy products

In the current situation because of the scarcity of many goods in the markets and we hear daily about the crisis and will be expected, of course, high price tag in the near future, the purchase of any goods for the purpose of storage for a while and then sell them later suitable would be a decision it is fit for products marked with a constant demand not stops and which do not spoil the time such as electronics accessories or spare parts or medicines and medical supplies.

    *Republic of Northern Cyprus:

i see It fertile ground for investment, because it is new country .

However, I belive that, because of the dramatic increase in foreign currency, students are started to choose cheaper countries around the world. North Cyprus is not cheap place to live but if you are coming from United Kingdom or similar countries, it is way cheaper. Because of this fact, North Cyprus has a great increase in the number of students for last 2 years. As we have some troubles and non- improved transportation facilities, I belive that, there can be an underground transportation facility. As we are going to improve our economy with student population, underground servies can be a good opportunity for local people and students around the world. In first step, it can be really expensive to build up, but in long-term situation it can be a great project and opportunity for our beatiful island.

Firstly, I want to talk about my country and I will tell you the opportunities there. Well actually the Kyrgyzstan it is the country of many opportunities- electro energetics, natural wealth, industry and tourism but unfortunately the people do not realize these opportunities. Of course, opportunities and doing business in my country slightly different due to the political and economic situation, government legislation, mentality, culture etc. So, what kind of business is profitable to do in Kyrgyzstan? It is hard to say. Because the conjecture is not sufficiently stable, contrast. It all depends on market trends.
Until recently, the business in the trade sector was very topical. This sphere is good because over time the items property of goods is not lost. In other words let`s say you purchased goods and put them in warehouse and sell them in order to pay back the money invested in. In this sense, trade is certainly comfortable but with the accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) in this area will have problems because of the emergence of customs duties with China and other countries. The food business is also a profitable one, but in meeting the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological Surveillance. Although many businesses, opening cafes, public catering, do not consider it, because I believe that will be able to negotiate with the regulatory authorities. Starting a small business need to pay attention to purchasing power. A big plus in this business is price competition, the cheaper the products and services the more chances that they will buy. Also for small businesses not least important to be financed. Often the beginning entrepreneurs have the idea and the understanding of its implementation, but they do not have money. Therefore, our banking sector is issuing short-term repayment, high interest rates and low lending volumes. It does not allow to businessmen to work in the future by forcing them to work to maximum loan repayment in a short time respectively in the pursuit of profit they forget about the pricing policy therefore they increase the price and lose some of the buyers. As for businessmen who already have the funds and want to do medium or large businesses. For them will be profitable the manufacturing the goods with export potential. Because all successful companies are running the business related to export. Exports Such as garment industry, Dairy industry, Export of nuts, honey, etc. I think that`s all opportunities and differences of doing business in Kyrgyzstan.
As for Cyprus opportunities for doing business also very huge. Because as you know that Cyprus is situated in a very strategic position in the Mediterranean. It is the crossroads between the Arab Peninsula, Africa, Europe, the Balkans, Russia, the former USSR Countries and Asia. It divides the distances and offers a place of business, which could thrive taking advantage of all or any of the following favorable parameters. When Doing Business in Cyprus you will be having another ally. The weather. In Cyprus, the weather is stable and mild. We have 360 days of sunshine. No floods to destroy your business offices, your factory, your house! No blizzards, no hurricanes.
    The Communications
Doing Business in Cyprus is made easy by the top communications. You can reach an Eskimo in his tent in the North Pole! Cyprus has very modern, high tech fast and cheap communications to any country of the world, land line, mobile networks, fast internet etc. they make it possible for anyone to register his business in Cyprus and be able to run everything efficiently and cost effectively.
One of your major advantages will be the ultra-modern airport and the air links to the four corners of the world. A businessman will be surprised to find a super modern airport at Larnaca and airways to all destinations on the planet. Major airlines like Lufthansa, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Emirates Airline and many more touchdown in Cyprus, giving a wide choice to the businessman to travel fast and fuss free to all destinations. Short distances locally make transportation quick and efficient.
    Human Resources
Human resources offer a businessman a large pool of experts to tap, of all qualifications. People educated mainly in the U.K. at the best Universities. There are thousands of Cypriot people with degrees, masters and even doctorates in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Advertising, Graphic Design, Architecture etc. The salaries are also very reasonable and low compared to some developed European countries. Cyprus being a member of the European Union and having Euro as its currency offers great rewards when doing business in Cyprus.
    Services – Currency
Services make up a big chunk for the Cyprus Economy! About 20 000 businessmen choose Cyprus to register a business. Business registration in Cyprus is regulated by a vast and concise legislation, which is the basic tool for any businessman who chooses to do business in Cyprus. Many business registrations in Cyprus now involve the Forex industry. International companies use Cyprus as their base of activities for the business registration. 32. Pakistan is a country of nearly 190 million people which is still grappling with basic infrastructure issues. Within the country, there are small areas of excellence and the country demonstrates an ever-growing appetite for technology and innovative services. The mass market is relatively low-tech and there are tremendous opportunities in infrastructure activities.
Service area opportunities include education, where not only teaching aides but teacher-training programmes, technical education and school linkages/affiliations are in much demand. With 50% of the population under the age of 25, this is a huge opportunity area.

Traffic management, driver training & licensing and traffic laws enforcement are areas of latent demand which have a huge potential for foreign intervention. Like any large city in the developing world traffic congestion is an increasing problem with each passing day.
Opportunity areas in sectors and sub-sectors exist and your UKTI Pakistan team member can help you identify the most relevant ones. The above list is by no means exclusive and other areas like financial services, petroleum refining, electricity generation, publishing, industrial chemicals, fertilisers, cement and FMCG offer opportunities of their own.

  33. Opportunities are the external factors originating from the societal forces and community. Opportunity is a time frame or circumstance that makes it possible to attain a goal or objective. The current opportunities that are present in my country, Nigeria are:
    1. One major hindrance to the economic growth is the unavailability of developed technological facilities. The need for technological equipment’s and the technological knowhow cannot be overemphasized. From the speed it offers to the accuracy that it delivers in task execution. I see this as an opportunity. I can partner with foreign experts in certain fields of technology specifically the sound sector. Instead of importing products like the head phones, studio monitors and the likes, a lot of advantages will be effected if a major producer of such is home based.

    2. Availability of natural resources. Recorded to be a major exporter in cocoa, rubber, crude oil. With all these resources Nigeria can make use of the diversification strategy and come up with new and improved products this could range from pure vegetable oils, margarine, butter and lots more.
    3. Government policies make trading a lot easier with foreign nations.

    4. A market base that welcomes and encourages new products and services.
    Opportunities present in Cyprus are as follows;
    1. There are lots of international students in the tertiary institutions. This is advantageous because it provides a platform to meet the needs of various students. An example could be to start an English preparatory school for as many who cannot speak the language.
    2. A lot of Nigerian students miss their local dishes I could start up a restaurant to provide a wide variety of Nigerian/ African dishes.
    3. A major source of revenue in the country is Agriculture, new dairy products can be manufactured and sold domestically and also to neighboring countries.
