When I imagine what can i open, I choosed the gym center .The gym center will be include sessions only because it’s a small business .This business like be studio , it will be different for different sessions.This business location at Cyprus-Nicosia .Studio’s name will be The Dungeon Studio , processing times will be based on timetables and sessions hours .Studio’s workers are not be a ordinary people , they are required to carry the following features ; professional , educated , teacher(instructor) , smiling and most important one is they must have fit body .This pleace must be a very clean because customers always look for hygiene more stands out for the ladies , so this business must be need cleaner . This business must be two-storied because two different courses snapped here same time . Studio’place should not be slippery .The decoration must modern , bright , safety for weight . This place need a changing room , toilet and shower when customers finish their classes they will be needs these . Classes will be include mirrors because customers want to see the instructor easily and clearly , mirrors are help customers and instructors . The music system is very important , what kind of musics will be play and it must be get fit for session . Every session take an hour , not less and not more than an hour otherwise people will get bored . Water , energy drinks and protein bars to be sold ,these are good service for customers . Sessions are ; pilates , reformer pilates ,spinning , trx , zumba , boxing-crossfit classes must be variety because this business must be different other businesses otherwise its not be work . If its include different and new classes we are ahead of other businesses always. Studio always need a advertisement , advertisement mean a customer . First must be think what kind of customers we will want , our priority is womens so we should advertised for them . We will give advertisement for radio , social media , tv , billboards , baeuty centers , houses and dorms , Logo’s colors so well should take people . We need big car park , our ventilation system must be good because the bad smell can cause a loss of customers. Tools that will be used in the course should be of good quality like a mat , dumbells ,step boards , boxing glove , punching bag , pilates rings/balls etc. One of the other important thing is price , prices should not be very high or very cheap from other competitors , it must be a normal . So I am the owner of this place if I give most classes that means profit will be high when I give the instructors salary first I think that it will be profitable for me . To summarize thiss businees strengths ; our instructors , quality of tools , good prices ,location of business, car park ,hygiene , timetable and most important thing is customer happiness , ALL FOR THEM !

  2. I would like to open a small business related to smart mobile phones. Because of the increasing demand of using smartphone, I came up with this idea.
    First of all I would price the phones cheaper than other brands have done. This would be my brand’s first strength. Of course by decreasing price it doesn’t mean that quality will decrease proportionally; I would do vice versa. I would keep the price and quality not proportional to each other. So for the buyer it would be pleasure to get a high quality smartphone with the cheaper price. Strength is also rely on brand or a name, which means a famous brand will sell more than the other less known brands. So as a second job I would give many ads and promotions to make my brand of smartphone known at least as much as the world’s most famous brands. As long as the brand is known and chosen by the customers other features bring other strengths to the product. When we think about a smartphone, probably the one of the most important feature, which is camera come into minds. Because, currently there is escapade of selfie which I think will continue many years longer, so cameras must be produced in a way that can handle the most difficult situations effortlessly, from lack of light to the unexpected moments. So, Dual Pixel Sensor with a brighter lens and larger pixels are needed to capture images as your own eyes do. So this would be the third strength of the product. Having enough “room” for your files, music and photos is another important factor of the smart phones. I would produce a smartphone with at least 100GB to 300GB (via microSD card). So more space means more files we could download or more selfies we could take without need to delete old ones. I would think about the people who care environment also. The design of the phone (the material used in it) could be in a way that can be recycled. It would grab attention or interest people. This could be the other strength of the product. Battery of the smartphone is the other point that must be taken into consideration. High batteries are always wanted and desired. Also the charging phone quickly would be the other vital function in our fast moving lives. So by improving these functions strengths of the product would increase. Water resistance, crush resistance are other desired features. So in a rainy day calling someone taking pictures, or recording videos would not be anymore make you think about drops of water that can harm your smartphone and so customers could enjoy such features. Buyer would be able to take the photos of the fish and other living things which the consumer can be interested in, under the sea. Besides, most consumers would like to use large screen and high resolution smartphones as other strengths. To sum up, I would like to say that, strengths of a product come up with the quality and sincerely relationship of seller and customer .

    In addition the SWOT analysis is a tool that will help to me by assessing future business’ strengths, opportunities…

Every one in our fourth year, his/her dream is to finish university and start working as an employer to have experience,but as I learned from the business world, is to have a happy end.start your own small business, to be a leader at work,and to start the first step of my dream.”Eat to Live, Don’t Live to Eat” i believe in this quote that we eat to live,so my business will be a Lebanese Restaurant .
    First of all, my menu will be so healthy for them to save power and charge their energy to work from their heart. Second, it will include fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. Our breakfast will start from 7:30 until 8:00 and it will include Cheese,Eggs,Milk or fresh orange juice. At 10:00 o’clock our restaurant will serve fruits such as apples and bananas to give our industry employees more power and energy to work. Our Lunch will be from 12:00 till 2:00 because we are responsible to divide the workers into 10 groups to save their work with customers and to be loyal for their work.For example, our menu will include different Lebanese food throughout the week such as Salad, Rice, Chicken, and Meat..It will be cooked by healthy modern gas because we are responsible to keep the workers away from apathy. At 4:00 it will include deserts and fresh carrot juice to give the opportunity for them to leave at 7:00 and their body have the power for them to stay with their friends or families or children after busy day.

    In addition, our restaurant will be working for the other branches. It will include delivery for the top managers to keep their personal life away from the first level workers but we believe our menu will be the same for all levels of the industry to be equal and loyal for this special kind of food between the workers. Moreover, our menu is so cheap related to our special food that it will be 50$ per month.
    In conclusion, i believe that dreams never end because if we believe in our dreams we can lead the world .So starting from zero is much better to start direct from hundred and fall down! So, we eat to be alive and if i make it special with me being joyful , I will be not only a successful businessman, but also I will be a part of the organizational behavior and will motivate the employees to love their work more and more because healthy food will make a healthy brain and always helps them to think out of the box.Be patient, be creative and be innovative.

  7. Living in the generation we are and the fast growing technological industry, I would definitely invest in the technological business. Now investing in an industry that is growing at such a fast pace can be difficult due to all the current competition in the market so choosing which department to invest in is a problematic decision. However if thought deeply and looked into to what consumers demand the most the decision becomes pretty easy, that strategically the best technological sector to start a small business in would be the accessories department. The reason being now days it’s not about just having a phone, laptop, or a camera it’s how you accessorize has become the main priority. From phone cases to screen protectors or the “selfie stick” it all has become a want more than a need of the consumer. Whether you are accessorizing your electronic plainly for aesthetics or for professional reasons everyone wants the new accessory on the market. That being said the main strength of this investment would be that it never runs out of business, because as we all have witnessed in the last decade technology never stays the same. There will always be something new or something better than the last big thing. Plus as we all know small private businesses have less constraints on them compared to public corporations, therefore the products will be more original and sold at an economical friendly price leading to more profit due to fewer expenses.
    The business will also have a service sector added to it due to the economy practically shifting towards services more than providing goods, so the consumers will be able to customize their accessories a hundred percent to their liking and needs. If for a second we think like the consumer and imagine being at a store to buy your phone case, would we lean towards the most common and trending case at the moment? I would make a postal delivery service.since more and more people starting to use internet,the things they do the internet also increases,such as shopping on the internet.i got inspired from my close friend who really likes to shop from the internet and whenever the thing he purchased arrived in north cyprus he has to GO to the post office and get the item he ordered. the thing is in north cyprus when you do your shopping in internet,in order to get the item you have to go to your local post office.i will simply eliminate the need to go to your post and bring the product to your door step.it will be cheap,fast,efficient ,and most importantly it will be unique in the cyprus.being unique in north cyprus is going to be its most important and greatest strength.This service is available to people all around the world,but it was missing in north cyprus.it will be similar to the other companys that deliver goods like fedex,tnt and UPS
    It will be relatively small company because cyprus is relatively small and being a small company has its advantages such as not having a lot of employees which itself has multiple advantages such as ease of communication amongst employees and it will be a lean management which means that its not that hierarchical which is a advantage compared to bigger companys which have more apparent hierarchy ,having small number of assets;for example we can only have only one building,not multiple,not that big too and the rest of the important assets will be trucks that will be used for delivery,the number of trucks may be around four or five.having a small company will make it cheap too compared to bigger company since we have less employees and having less assets.and being a small company i can quickly change my tactics if the old one is not good enough compared to bigger companys which can not change their tactics fast enough.

  13. Firstly, to have a good business you have to analyze the market. It must be in a place that customers can prefer and realize.
    “Jet Brothers” is a clothes company it is a small business in Arasta bazaar (Nicosia), which is located in the area where there is a border of lokmaci. Arasta is a historical place and it is visited by many tourists .Therefore it is a very important place.
    Secondly, our products will appeal to all age groups. Our shop consists of 4 sections.
    We have gentlemen section in the first floor so they don’t have to going up. Because of their nature, they like the ready things and they want to find everything in one place. Lady and shoes section in upstairs.
    o Men`s products: shirt,t-sort,glove,shoes,throusers,jeans,hat,jackets,belts,tie,suit and underwear’s.
    o Women`s products: jeans,shoes,shirts,belts,throusers,hat,t-shirt ,dress,skirt and underwear`s.
    The design of the shop is very important for us. We provide ease for customers to find what they are looking for in our store. We have 2 changing rooms .The air conditioners are on the upper side of the cabin. Because in the summer it is very hot and wet beside, in the winter it is very cold to change clothes and try them. So by this way we prevent these problems. Approximately there are 6 mirrors. 4 of them are cheval glass and the other 2 are shoe glass. Shop window is very important for us and each week and regularly we change it. By this way we provide our customers with information about the product that we sell. Creativity is what we are looking for. We use creativity for product adds vitality and disparity.

    o We have 3 personnel. 2 personnel responsible for sales representative and other personnel responsible for store. Salespersons always smiling and sincerely towards the customers, because customer satisfaction is the most important thing for us .
    o If customer is not satisfied from the product, customer can return the product and take other one.
    All products are at a affordable price for customer. Our prices are not too much compare to other shops. We prefer high quality products for customer. At end of each season there is a sale campaign and it continues during a month. To inform our customers we give advertisements to the news, magazines, Tvs and radios.     First of all, i would like to do business in tourism industry. Relying on my 3 years experience in tourism industry –which is not really enough- I strongly believe that I can run business on this industry. My idea is opening a hostel. But in a very touristic city like San Francisco. Till this summer, I have never stayed at a hostel before. I have been staying at hotel or motels which provides you a single room which you can stay by yourself. But in hostels, you share your room with strange people. It is way cheaper than hotels. The hostel which I stayed first time in San Francisco was like an apartment with good interior design and very interesting for young generation. I was shocked when i got my room key and enter the room because i realized that i am staying with two Russian girls. This is something we do not used to it and it is weird when we first consider our traditions, habits, social norms but it was a normal thing where i was. Then i realized that the people who prefer to stay in hostels instead of hotels are just like me! Travelers! Young generation! Their only need is a bed to sleep for couple hours, spending the night and going out to explore the city. Like i said, it was very cheap for a single person but when i started to think this business, it seems very smart idea and profitable. I’ll give you an example from my experience. It was a small hostel and i paid 50 dollars for one night. There was 6 bed in the room. It means, 300 dollars for one room. And there was almost 30 rooms. When you are fully booked, it means 9 thousand dollars income in one night. And believe me, whichever i go and stay was almost fully booked. Ofcourse the season is a huge effect. It was summer and thousands of tourists was around. I believe that hostels were making good profit as much as hotels did. Because hostels making a good profit from selling the room to multiple people and their expenses are not high like hotel’s expenses. Lower costs for electricity, water, you might have cheaper activities like having a billiard table or table tennis or something like that instead of having a SPA, pool or gym. People who prefer to stay in hostels are not seeking luxury, they are young generation and they can find a way to have fun. But providing facilities by the hostel are make a diversity for establishment anyway.

    In addition, there is some more important points for the establishment like location, accessing to transportation, safety (located in safe area), nearby attractions etc..

    I would consider all of this options, make my researches and than transform it into action. I would make my difference by good location, good advertising, providing safety and hostel facilities like movie nights, game nights, free drink nights, renting bicycles or arranging bicyle city tours etc..
